Mechanical or Electrical Breakdown

We arrange to tow the caravan or motorhome to the nearest repairer, within a 200 km radius. Where no reputable repairer is available within 200 km, the caravan or motorhome will be towed to the nearest available repairer.

If you are further than 100 km from your permanent residence or destination, where available and at Multi Risk's discretion, one of the following may be provided:

Vehicle Locksmiths

Cover for the call-out fee and first hour of labour where keys have been broken or locked inside the caravan or motorhome.

Flat Tyre

Cover for the call-out fee and first hour of labour to fit the spare tyre. The cost of repairing or replacing the tyre is not covered.

Flat Battery

If your motorhome will not start due to a flat battery, a service provider will be dispatched to attempt a jump-start. Please note that jump-starting could result in damage to the vehicle's electronics -a tow to the nearest repairer is recommended as an alternative.

Message Relay Service

A consultant will contact relatives, employers, or colleagues to inform them of any incident, if requested by the renter.
