Owner verification
Every Kampi owner is verified with SA ID, proof of ownership, and a trade-in conversation. We reject listings that do not hold up to basic checks.
Payment safety
All payments run through PayFast. Kampi holds funds in escrow until the rental starts. Owners never see your card details.
Insurance and disputes
Multi Risk underwrites the rental insurance. Claims are opened through the Kampi support team. Disputes about damage or deposit deductions go through a review process that usually closes within 14 days.
