Booking terms
All bookings are on-request. The owner has 48 hours to approve or decline. Payment is taken in full or in two installments (50 percent now, 50 percent 14 days before check-in).
Cancellation
Cancellation policies are set by each owner. The R189 admin fee is non-refundable after approval.
Damage and disputes
Damage is assessed against the pre-trip condition report and the refundable security deposit. Disputes are handled by Kampi's admin team and escalated to insurance where needed.
